Where We Are

I have decided to finally come back and start blogging again. I hope I will be able to stay up with it and keep it going as long as I can.
Since my last post, we had gotten married and moved to Kentucky and did the APX summer sales. We returned to Utah and worked for a while until Josh got accepted to the U.S. Army. Now we are stationed at Fort Bliss Texas. We have an amazing house that I love and am so glad we were able to get it! Josh deployed back in September 2011 and came home for R&R 2 weeks ago. He left on the 27th to go back to Afghanistan for another 6 months. I think the second goodbye was definitely harder than the first. To have him leave once is bad enough, but to have him home, safe in your arms, and have to let him leave again is the worst feeling in the world. Although I am very proud of him and wish him luck, and love him very much. Now I am home, did a bunch of deep cleaning yesterday, and now I get to relax and enjoy some movies. :)

Kentucky

Hey! We made it safely to Louisville Kentucky! We got our new apartment, and we're all moved in! We have a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment, which will be great for us.

Josh went selling today, got a call from him not too long ago...he had to get off the phone before he would be chased and bit by a dog..haha! I hope he does well today!

We are having so much fun here, the sky is blue, everything is green, we wake up to birds in the morning, this place is great! We still haven't met any of our neighbors, people aren't very friendly here, on the streets people will flip you off for doing the littlest things. Most of the population here is black, so when you walk down the street, or driving around, you will get stared at for a little bit. They know you're new, or not from around here, that and we have Utah lisence plates. haha!

Still waiting for the weather to warm up a little more. Today was 61 degrees. I keep wearing my shorts hoping it's warm outside...but it hasn't been yet :( Hopefully in the next couple weeks it will warm up. We are still waiting for the pool to open up. It doesn't open until the 1st of May. That is horrible! It would be so nice to be able to lay by the pool some afternoons when you have nothing better to do. May 1st needs to come a little faster!

First Post

We decided to start a blog so that the families can keep up with us. And this way we are able to show you pictures of what we're doing, and explainations of it.
We are so excited to go to Kentucky! Three more days and we'll be on our 3 day road trip. Can't wait to get there and get settled in our new appartment.
